Lauren brings to the team a wealth of knowledge on various industry topics including land use and zoning, data center development, eminent domain, commercial sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, survey review, title insurance review, and qualifying foreign and domestic companies to transact business within the Virginia market. Among the many administrative and project management roles Lauren takes on, her added ability to conduct extensive property due diligence research by exploring potential uses, researching county land records, coordinating zoning verification requests, and more – proves invaluable for any real estate development project or contemplated transaction.

Past client projects have included: data center re-zonings and development, large-scale residential and commercial rezonings; eminent domain takings affecting commercial centers and residential property; utility easement agreements; third-party conservation easements; leasing for data centers, office towers, ground leases, industrial plants, and research & development offices.
